Take A Hike at an Ontario Park on Wednesday

Ontario Parks is saying ‘go take a hike.’

Several provincial parks are participating in the new Take a Hike Day on Wednesday, Aug. 9. Discovery Education Staff will lead hikes, at which visitors can learn more about each park.

Algonquin and Bonnechere provincial parks are among those that have special hikes planned.

The Algonquin Park one will have guides lead people through the Mizzy Lake Trail, starting at 7 p.m. The hike is a twilight search for mammal tracks.
