The Hastings Highlands Public Library has a fundraiser coming up and if you’d like to participate, you’ll need to put your thinking cap on.
It’s a Trivia Night. It takes place at Emond Hall, attached to the library, at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22. The cost to enter is $15 per person or $90 for a team of six, with proceeds benefitting the library.
Organizer Leslie Hysert says questions will cover a range of topics and be delivered by the emcee, Hastings Highlands Mayor Tony Fitzgerald.
“The questions will involve, of course, local lore and there will be lots of history questions, lots of movie questions, some grammar questions, one or two French questions,” she says. “A little bit of everything, really.”
