Bancroft is being recognized for its work on the Bridge Street Bridge Tuesday.
The town is being given the E.A. Danby Award through the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers. It’s being recognized in the category of municipal administration for municipalities with less than 20,000 people.
The public is invited to a celebration at the Bridge Street Bridge at 11:00am. There will be refreshments and a chance to meet council and guests afterwards at Club 580.
