Bancroft OPP was called to Carlow-Mayo Township to deal with a possible impaired driver as well as a domestic argument.
It started around 9 PM on March 11th when officers got to the scene. They patrolled the Brudenell-Lyndock-Raglan Township area for the male suspect. Earlier the 27-year-old male from Carlow-Mayo was involved in a car crash. Officers later found the man and arrested him.
He was charged with:
- Operation while impaired
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
- Mischief under $5,000
- Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
- Fail to report accident
- Having care and control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor
He was released on a promise to appear in court next month.
