Property taxes in Hastings Highlands will be going up less than one per cent a year in 2017.
This comes after Hastings Highlands Council approved its 2017 budget today.
Treasurer David Stewart says the increase will equal out to about $14 more a year for the average resident with a home assessed at $188,000.
The budget includes over $2.5-million for roadwork in the municipality.
