Three North Hastings High School track athletes have qualified for provincial championships, after strong performances at an East Regional meet in Ottawa last week.
Celeste Renshaw won the novice girls javelin competition.
Jaxsyn Gillis finished second in the junior boy’s discus competition. Josh Boyd finished second in javelin in his age group.
The three athletes can go to the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSSA) competition, which starts in Ottawa on Thursday.
