Libraries across Canada could be taking some queues from the North Hastings area.
Bancroft Public Library CEO Chris Stephenson and Hastings Highlands CEO Kimberley McMunn recently held a webinar about ‘Outcome-Based Planning & Evaluation.’ McMunn says the focus was on setting targets, and making sure what libraries do line up with them.
The webinar was presented to libraries from British Columbia to New Brunswick, and McMunn says feedback and questions continue to roll in.
