If you live in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan, you’re going to have to wait for a burning permit.
That’s according to Fire Chief Jordan Genrick, who says the decision came after a nearly five-acre fire in Quadeville last week.
Genrick says the township is no longer giving out burn permits.
Genrick says if you’re caught burning without a permit, the cost can add up quickly.
He says you can find the current burn status on either the township’s website or outside of each fire hall.
